Ive seen the war thunder forum say that the swedish tech tree is not worth it because lower rating taks are absolutly horrible. All Swedish light and medium tanks up until the Lago 1 feels like br 1.0 if they're stock. I don't want to make this post about the grinding issue though, I just want to point out how messed up some parts of the Swedish tech tree is. So I'm wondering whether Swedish aircraft are any good in War Thunder I've just downloaded the game and I am contemplating whether committing to the Swedish tech-tree is a good idea since I have heard mixed reviews about the low-tier Swedish types. Gaijin actually made an official statement on the viability of such a tree in War Thunder: The Shooting Range Episode 67 stating “Sweden had some great machines of their own but not enough to give them a separate tech tree”, Im here to disprove that statement, and in the process outline how a Swedish tree could be built.

Provide your own tech tree for submission as it won't be added in-game if its War Thunder who's going to add it. If you can't even provide your own then you're all talk and no walk. Its easy to make claims when you don't have anything to show.

Some light tanks in the swedish tree are very strong too such as the ikv 91 and the strv 74. The post-apds swedish medium tanks before the delat torn are awful, the delat torn is ok but it fights tigers and panthers every game. The strv 103a makes a good grinder even if you can't hit anything because of the awful hull aim.

With the arrival of Sweden in War Thunder as an independent nation, all aspects of the Swedish military relevant to War Thunder will require representation, including the Swedish navy.
